UNB Drops Match At SMU

(HALIFAX, NS) The Saint Mary's Huskies beat the UNB Varsity Reds 3-1, by scores of 25-19, 20-25, 25-21 and 25-23, on Saturday.

Kristina Adler(Brampton, ON) recorded 12 kills and 18 digs to lead the Huskies, while Maddie Clarke(Ottawa, ON) had 14 digs.

For UNB, Megan Kuciak(Ottawa, ON) had 11 kills and Julia Diemert(Egbert, ON) added 10.

Robyn Anderson(Fernie, BC) recorded 17 digs and Maggie McLenahan(Oromocto, NB) had 15.

With the loss, the Varsity Reds are 0-and-10.

Saint Mary's improves to 6-and-6.

The Varsity Reds play host to Memorial for three matches, the first of which will be played Friday, at 7:00PM, at UNB's Richard J. Currie Center.
