 The UNB women's volleyball team had a disappointing showing at their own invitational, losing four of five matches at the Richard J. Currie Center.

St. FX downed Universite de Moncton 3-1 in the final. Set scores were 25-18, 22-25, 25-16, 25-17.

Royal Military College of Montreal beat UNB 3-1 in the fourth-place match (26-24, 16-25, 25-21, 25-19). The V-Reds opened with a 3-1 loss to UdeM (25-16, 28-26, 6-25, 25-17) before beating RMC 3-1 (21-25, 25-18, 25-22, 25-21). But UNB was swept by St. FX (25-16, 25-11, 25-21) and Acadia (25-14, 25-19, 25-15).
