Nick Layton, #22 – UNB is looking for increased production from Nick, who was teammate of Matt Fillier’s in Montréal, where Layton was the leading scorer his last season and scored 29 goals and 79 points. Nick can play any forward position, has proven he can score at every level he plays, has great size and speed and can also play a hard forechecking physical game. Nick was the UNB’s top academic performer with a 4.1 GPA as a first year student, and was named a 2009-10 Academic All Canadian.
