Bio

Kyle Bailey, #32 – Kyle is in his 2nd year as captain of the Varsity Reds and he has consistently improved his performance in each of his four years at UNB. He was named an All-Star forward at the 2009 University Cup, and was tied with linemate Lachlan MacIntosh for the tournament point lead. Team captain with the Portland Winter Hawks, Bailey has an excellent work ethic, strong leadership qualities and a passion to win. Kyle is a three-time Academic All Canadian and was in the Top 5 in 2009 team fitness tests. He was the 2010 AUS Godfrey Award winner, recognition for being the top hockey student-athlete, and a nominee for the CIS Randy Gregg Award. Voted the team’s hardest worker, the power forward is also the team’s best face-off man.
