The Varsity Reds basketball program is pleased to announce that Nick Clarke from Perth, Australia, will attend UNB in the fall.

The 6’7” post spent last season playing for the Ohlone College Renegades located in Fremont, California. where he averaged six points and four rebounds per game while shooting 80% from the free throw line and 52% from the field.
 
Coach Baker is excited to add Clarke to the roster and had this to say about his latest recruit from down under.  “Nick will bring a fundamentally sound skill set and high basketball IQ to the Reds line-up next season.  His ability to play with his back to the basket or face-up will definitely bolster our front line as we try to improve in the areas of rebounding and inside scoring.”

 “I’m sure he will bring the same exemplary work ethic that his fellow countrymen Will McFee and Robert Linton have brought to the Varsity Reds program,” continued Baker.
