Top NS hoop prospect joins the UNB Varsity Reds

The UNB Varsity Reds basketball program is pleased to announce that Alex Chisholm of Lockview High School in Fall River, Nova Scotia will be joining the squad for the upcoming 2012-2013 season.
The 6’4” Fall River native was a Halifax Metro High School League MVP and led the Metro league in scoring with 28 points per game average.
Coach Baker is definitely happy that Chisholm will be joining the V- Reds and had this to say, “Alex is the type of student athlete that we are looking for at UNB. He is an honors student, and a leader in the classroom and on the court. His basketball I.Q., work ethic and enthusiasm for the game make him a very valuable addition to our program.”
