The UNB's Varsity Reds women's volleyball team plays their first pre-season games in front of a home crowd this weekend.

On Saturday night, the women's team lost to the Western Mustangs 1-3 (22-25, 27-25, 19-25, 14-25).

On Friday night, the women's team came back from being down 0-2 to Acadia to win 3-2 (25-27, 21-25, 25-21, 25-23, 15-13).

The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER's Performance Gym will see more volleyball action tomorrow when UNB's women's team plays Western in a rematch at 10am.
