(SYDNEY, NS) The UNB Reds had to settle for a weekend split Saturday, dropping an 86-85 overtime decision to the Cape Breton Capers.

The one-point loss came less than 24 hours after the Reds routed the Capers 97-56

The teams took turns winning quarters, and the game was always within ten points.

The Capers and Reds were tied 77-77 after 40 minutes.

Osman Omar (Mississauga, ON) led the Capers with 32 points.

Cooper Ward (Ipswich, Australia) had a strong game, scoring 15 points, grabbing nine rebounds and dishing out four assists.
