At 16, he was named to the youngest Board of Directors member for his hometown Amherst Jr. A Ramblers, becoming the youngest board member in CJHL history. Jordan was actively involved in bringing the community to the game and organizing the first sellout home opener in decades. He transitioned to a role on the team's coaching staff, as director of hockey analytics and statistics, under former UNB Varsity Red Josh Hepditch. He briefly served as the Ramblers assistant general manager, recruiting players to the organization before moving on to joining the Varsity Reds himself. 

With UNB, Jordan assists the coaching staff in providing the video resources to be the B.E.S.T. prepared for every game. He's involved in scouting, pre/during/post-game review, and highlight videos for motivation prior puck drop. He also assists the equipment manager with skate maintenance, trained by the founder of Maximum Edge, Bob Allen, who is currently licensed with half of the teams in the National Hockey League. 

In the off-season, Jordan is growing his knowledge of the game as a camp coordinator and on-ice instructor with current NHL coaches for the “Canadian International Ice Hockey Development Agency.”, The Agency’s purpose is to develop 15-20-year-old international hockey players to reach their potential and expose them to the North American hockey market. Since joining the CIIHDA in 2017, he’s travelled to Riga, Latvia, for an International Development Camp, and Halifax for two Elite Development Camps. In Halifax, Jordan worked alongside former Varsity Reds video coach Andrew Brewer, who is now an assistant coach for the Toronto Maple Leafs. In July 2018, Jordan will be heading back to Europe for two International Development Camps.

In September of 2017, Jordan will enter his third year in Kinesiology-Sport Management at UNB.
