(CHARLOTTETOWN, PE) The UNB Varsity Reds dropped their first road game of the season, losing 4-3, in a shoot-out, to the Panthers, at the University of Prince Edward Island.
The loss came one night after the VReds scored a huge 9-0 win over the Universite de Moncton, in UNB's home opener.
Jordan Murray(Riverview, NB) recorded his second straight two goal game, to lead the Varsity Reds.
Stephen Anderson(Morell, PE) scored for UNB, and Cam Braes(Shawnigan Lake, BC) had two assists.
Former St. Thomas Tommies forward J.C. Campagna scored the shoot-out winner for UPEI.
The two teams meet again on Wednesday, at the Aitken University Centre, in Fredericton. Game time is 7:00PM.
