The UNB Reds/Valley Graphics male Athlete of the Month, for October, is Patrick Watling , from the men’s hockey team.
Watling emerged as one of the Reds offensive weapons in October, scoring four goals and adding three assists.
His efforts helped the Reds go 6-and-1 in their seven regular season games in October.
In exhibition play, Watling recorded three goals and an assist in two games.
