The UNB Reds/Valley Graphics female Athlete of the Month, for September, is Sylvie Fecteau, from the women’s soccer team.
Fecteau scored twice and assisted on two other goals as the Reds built a 3-3-1 record in seven games in September.
The fourth-year midfielder was also a key factor in limiting opposing attacks.
Over the course of the Reds first seven games, Fecteau was named Player of the Game on two occasions.
