The UNB Reds/Valley Graphics male Athlete of the Month, for November, is Chris Clapperton, from the men’s hockey team.
Clapperton was a consistent force as the Reds were unbeaten in regulation in their eight games in November.
He scored a total of eight goals and added eight assists, as he climbed to the top of the Atlantic University Sport scoring ladder.
In five of the eight games, Clapperton was named one of the game’s three stars, including twice being named first star.
“Chris’ preparation and commitment has helped him be a consistent performer for our team,” said Reds head coach Gardiner MacDougall. “His grit and determination produces results on almost every shift.”
